Shipping policy

We ship all items USPS 5 days a week.   Due to the handmade nature of all of our items we have a 1-3 day processing time except during busy times such as holidays when processing time is 3-5 days. We do not resell premade products.  We custom hand make all items.

Be aware that once we ship an item, it is in the hands of the USPS and we have no control over the package after that.  You will receive a tracking number and that may be used to make inquiries to the post office if your package appears delayed.  Due to Covid, there are still shipping delays within the USPS.  We, however, continue to process and package for quick and on time shipping.
